In 2023 Killian founded Aurora Way Consulting, a comprehensive consulting firm specializing in public relations, brand strategy, and partnerships for athletes and brands. The agency is dedicated to guiding clients through a strategic journey that empowers them to drive meaningful change and make a lasting impact on cultures and communities worldwide.
Prior to starting her own agency, Killian served as the Senior Director of Public Relations and Communications at William Morris Endeavor (WME), where she spearheaded publicity and communications efforts for renowned sports figures. Her diverse clientele included US tennis stars Francis Tiafoe, Taylor Fritz, and Aryna Sabalenka, as well as notable athletes such as KJ Osborn of the Minnesota Vikings and Ian Happ of the Chicago Cubs, along with college athletes like Mya Brady and Deja Kelly, among others.
Prior to her tenure at WME, Killian held the role of Director of Communications at the prestigious public relations agency, Rogers and Cowan PMK, where she managed communications for prominent brands and talent, including American Express, DJ Khaled, Kevin Durant's Thirty-Five Ventures, La La Anthony, POWERHANDZ, and VICE Media Group, among others.
Throughout her career, Killian has made significant contributions to major entertainment and sports brands including the Cîroc Vodka portfolio, iconic basketball brand AND1, the National Basketball Players Association, Tribeca Enterprises, and the New York Knicks.
Killian earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from Howard University and a Master of Science degree in Sports Management from Columbia University.
